The neck seems perfect and the tone and volume are so even across the strings. It has great dynamics, which is perfect for the way I play. An amazing guitar!

J3 VENETIAN ARCHTOP
A traditional laminated construction of maple with spruce parallel strutting makes this guitar very stable and keeps feedback to a minimum. Top, back and sides are topped in carefully selected flame maple with a choice of binding options. The neck is beautifully hand carved from one piece of quarter sawn mahogany, creating a very stable neck with a great feel. There is a choice of fingerboard, either rosewood for it's warm tone, or ebony for it's slightly brighter response and durability.
This guitar comes fitted with a floating Gotoh tuneomatic bridge on an ebony base. There is a choice two 'Case' tailpieces; a solid brass tailpiece, etched with the 'Case' logo, or a tailpiece hand carved from solid ebony. Grover deluxe tuners guarantee fine accurate tuning and smooth operation. The guitar is fitted with high quality, US made CTS pots and a Switchcraft pickup selector switch. A 50’s wiring scheme is used in all our guitars as we have found that it minimises treble loss when rolling back the volume.
Hand wound Bare Knuckle unpotted humbuckers are fitted as standard with 'Mule' humbuckers chosen for their outstanding clarity, extended dynamic range and unmistakable vintage character.
